Itinerario molto lungo ma anche spettacolare, dedicato a biker che non hanno paura di salite lunghe e impegnative, discese molto tecniche e difficili, e tratti anche lunghi con bici a spalla. In compenso panorami favolosi e grande divertimento. Da Merano si sale a S. Vigilio passando per il tschigg e Almboden. Dalla bella chiesetta si va verso la malga di Naturno e si prende il bel sentiero 9, poi 1 fino alla malga Falkomai (ristoro). Da qui si sale alla forcella di Tablà con bici in spalla. In cima fantastico panorama su val d'Ultimo e val Venosta, oltre che sull dolomiti. Il sentiero che scende è molto impegnativo, i migliori lo potranno fare quasi tutto in sella, i meno abituati dovranno fare molti pezzi a piedi, fino alla malga di Tablà (ristoro). Da qui su forestale fino al sentiero 9 che si può seguire fino a fondo valle, oppure su forestale per i più stanchi, seguendo la traccia. Poi si torna a Merano sulla bell ciclabile.
