partenza da corso ricci zona ipercoop direzione monti , a fine corso ricci svolta a dx ,50mt e svolta a sx , lavagnola , 200 mt e alla prima "capelletta" svolta a dx e inizia la salita verso marmorassi, subito piu' dolce , sino a arrivare a tratti al 20%, asfaltata. si sale al bosco delle ninfe , quota 200 inizia lo sterrato , si ritorna verso il mare , e si scende a albisola per un percorso in sottobosco molto bello , a tratti tecnico a tratti scorrevole ma nulla di difficile. da albisola si risale in valloria, senza toccare la via aurelia , sempre per strade secondarie , a meta' salita tra albisola e valloria , si svolta a dx e si sale per localita' bruciati , si ritorna su alle ninfe per uno sterrato stretto e leggermente tecnico. arrivati in via ranco si sale ancora un pochino per poi prendere una sterrata impegnativa , che riporta a savona in via padova . in questa ultima discesa attenzione agli scalini di legno con pali bassi e pericolosi, per 10mt scendere a piedi !
