Attraversato gran parte della città, si comincia a salire dopo Careggi verso Via Dazzi e verso San Silvestro a Ruffignano. Da qui si esce dalla stradina asfaltata per prendere Via di Valcenni in ripido sterrato. Raggiunte Case Valcenni si attacca la salita (spesso bici a mano), poi il sentierino entra nel bosco e si fa sempre più bello. Ad un certo punto, come si vede dalla traccia, abbiamo sbagliato strada e siamo tornati sui nstri passi. Ancora bosco e bosco fino a sbucare sul 5B che sale alla Torre di Baracca, ma di qui abbiamo imboccato uno stretto viottolino tecnico con diversi saltini che scende fino alla stradella sterrata e quindi al Forcone.
Poi rientro verso Firenze passando da Via di Serpiolle.

After crossing most of the city, it begins to rise after Careggi Via Dazzi to and from San Silvestro in Ruffignano. From here you leave the paved road to take Via di Valcenni in steep dirt road. Reached Case Valcenni attaches the climb (often bike by hand), then the trail enters the forest and becomes more and more beautiful. At one point, as you can see from the track, we were wrong and we were back on the road nstri steps. Still forest and woodland until you reach the 5B that rises to the Tower Shack, but here we are on a tight technical viottolino with different Saltini that goes down to the dirt road and then at Pitchfork.
Then return to Florence passing by Via Serpiolle.
