Itinerario molto panoramico e molto vario, adatto a tutti i bikers, con bei sentieri sia in salita che in discesa. Dalla chiesa di Lana di Sotto raggiungiamo il sentiero che nel bosco sale a Tesimo, poi facciamo un bel giro sul sentiero del Feltro sopra Prissiano con strappi duri e sculture in feltro lungo ilsentiero, poi saliamo a S. Ippolito con magnifica vista, raggiungiamo Foiana passando per il caratteristico vecchio mulino (Talmuehle, ristoro) e saliamo al Gallhof (ristoro). Da qui bel sentiero in discesa verso Foiana e poi ultimo sentiero tecnico per Lana, dove rientriamo al parcheggio in leggera discesa

Very scenic and varied route, suitable for all bikers, with beautiful trails both uphill and downhill. From the church of Lana di Sotto reach the path in the woods in Tesimo salt, then make a nice ride on the trail of tears with Felt over Prissiano hard and felt sculptures along ilsentiero, then we go to St. Hippolytus with magnificent views, we reach Foiana passing the quaint old mill (Talmuehle, refreshments) and go up to the Gallhof (refreshments). From this beautiful path down towards Foiana and then last technical path for Lana, where we return to the car park on a slight downhill
