Bel giro con sentieri non troppo impegnativi e un bel panorama sulla valle dell'Adige. Da merano si arriva prima a Lana e poi a Nalles su strada asfaltata secondaria. Da qui si sale su un bel sentiero a tornanti e poi ancora su asfalto fino a Sirmiano. Adesso sulla forestale 7 arriviamo con vari saliscendi ai Bagni di Caprile e poi sulla strada per Plazzoles. Da Plazzoles prendiamo il sentiero 10 per Foiana e poi il 1a fino a Lana. Da Lana arriviamo a Sinigo e su ciclabile torniamo a Merano. Giro ideale in primavera per fare un pò di km senza tralasciare il divertimento

Nice ride with not too challenging trails and a beautiful view over the valley of the Adige. From merano you first arrive in Lana and then Nalles on secondary road. From here you climb on a beautiful winding path and then again on asphalt until Sirmiano. Now the forest with various ups and downs to get 7 Bathrooms Caprile and then on the way to Plazzoles. From Plazzoles take the path to Foiana 10 and then the first to Lana. Lana come to Sinigo and cycle path back to Merano. Perfect tour in the spring to do a bit of miles without losing the fun
