Superata la storica osteria al Camoscio si perviene ad un parcheggio. Si segue la strada bianca sulla sinistra ( indicazioni Rif. Nordio). Dopo alcuni tornanti si traversa un ponte e si raggiunge il rifugio. Si continua sempre in salita verso sella di Lom. Dal passo si prende in leggera discesa il sentiero segnavia Cai 403. Con brevi tratti pedalati si incrocia il sentiero segnavia Cai 507 che in salita porta alla Feistritz Alm. Si percorrono a piedi i primi tornanti (10/15 min. a piedi). Man mano che si sale il fondo e la pendenza migliorano e permettono di raggiungere la malga pedalando (faticoso). Sulla sinistra si segue il primo breve tratto erboso del sentiero che sale sulla cima dell'Osternig. Più avanti la pendenza e il fondo sassoso obbligano a camminare (20/30 min.). Raggiunta la vecchia traccia della mulattiera (incrocio) appena inizia il fondo erboso si riprende a pedalare (molto faticoso) per arrivare fin sotto la vetta. Ultimo tratto a piedi (2 min.) siamo in cima. In discesa si percorre il sentiero in cresta fino a giungere alla croce di vetta (cima est). Compiendo un breve anello si svolta a destra e si ritorna sul sentiero percorso in salita. Giunti all'incrocio di cui sopra si prosegue dritti percorrendo una magnifica mulattiera dal fondo in prevalenza erboso. Con numerosi tornanti (alcuni stretti) si perde velocemente quota fino ad pervenire nuovamente sul sentiero segnavia Cai 507. (dalla vetta) Difficoltà single trail S1/S2. Si percorre in discesa la traccia seguita in salita fino a giungere al Rif. Nordio. Difficoltà single trail S1/S2 con un paio di brevi tratti S3. Per pista forestale si fa ritorno al punto di partenza.

After the historic inn at Suede we arrive at a parking lot. Follow the dirt road on the left (signposted ref Nordio). After a few turns you cross a bridge and reach the refuge. Continue uphill to the saddle of Lom. From the pass, the trail takes on a slight downhill Cai 403 With short distances cycled it crosses the path Cai 507 that leads uphill to the Feistritz Alm. Walking along the first hairpin (10-15 min. Walk). As you climb the slope and improve the bottom and allow to reach the hut cycling (fatigue). On the left is followed by the short stretch of grassy path that climbs on top dell'Osternig. Further up the slope and stony bottom oblige to walk (20-30 min.). Reaching the old mule track (crossing) just starts shooting at the grassy ride (very hard) to just below the summit. Last stretch on foot (2 min.) Are at the top. Down and follow the path until you reach the ridge to the summit cross (east peak). Making a short loop, turn right and go back on the path uphill. At the crossroads of the above, continue straight on along a beautiful trail from the bottom mostly grassy. Several curves (some narrow) you lose height quickly on the path until you reach again Cai 507 (from the summit) Difficulty single trail S1 / S2. Walk down the track followed uphill until you reach the ref Nordio. Difficulty single trail S1 / S2 with a couple of short sections S3. For forest track takes you back to the starting point.
