Verso antiorario – km 42 – dislivello 1400m. – Altezza partenza 140m / max.1160 m
Itinerario appagante sia per il livello fisico dovuto al notevole dislivello e chilometraggio, sia per il panorama a 360° che si può ammirare sulla cima del monte Joanaz e non di meno per il livello tecnico dei suoi singeltrail che riportano in fondovalle.
Partenza da Cividale del Friuli dal parcheggio antistante la stazione.
La salita di questa escursione si distoglie in parte dal classico giro che porta al monte Joanaz, inerpicandosi su una comoda ma a tratti ripida salita che prende il via 1 km dopo il paese di Torreano. Si sale prima lungo il versante orientale del monte Noas su pista forestale fino alle porte del paesino di Reant, si arriva a Masarolis dove si congiunge con la classica salita al monte.
Poco dopo la vetta si intraprende un divertente e tecnico singeltrail (sent.3) di difficoltà S2 che porta fino alla bocchetta di S.Antonio, poi dopo aver raggiunto su asfalto il Paese di Canebola si prende un sentiero in mezzo al bosco di media difficoltà ma a tratti esposto che con vari saliscendi e 200 metri di dislivello finale porta al borgo di Pedrosa. Da quest'ultimo si arriva al paese di Valle di Soffumbergo, dove trovata la piazza della chiesa si prende il bellissimo e tecnico sentiero"nel Ban" (di diff. S2 con un paio di passaggi S3) che attraversa i monti Kriz e Piccat. Dopo un breve tratto in discesa su asfalto si prende un ultima carrareccia erosa in parte dalla pioggia che scende al paese di Prestento. Dopo queste entusiasmanti discese, con 4 km di asfalto si ritornerà a Cividale.

Route rewarding for both the physical layer due to the difference in height and mileage for both the 360-degree panorama that can be seen on top of Mount Joanaz and not less for the technical level of its singeltrail reporting in the valley.

The slope of this journey you will lose part of the classic ride that leads to the mountain Joanaz, climbing on a comfortable but at times steep climb that takes away 1 km after the village of Torreano. You go up first along the eastern side of the mountain Noas on forest track to the outskirts of the village of Reant, you get to Masarolis where it joins with the classic ascent of the mountain.
Shortly after the summit, embarks on a fun and technical singeltrail ( sent.3) Difficulty S2 leading up to the nozzle of St. Anthony, then after reaching the asphalt Country of Canebola take a path through the woods of medium difficulty but sometimes exposed that with many ups and downs and 200 yards of final gradient leading to the village of Pedrosa. From this we arrive at the village of Valley Soffumbergo, where he found the church square you take the beautiful and technical path "in the Ban" (diff. S2 with a couple of steps S3) that crosses the mountains and Kriz Piccat. After a short downhill stretch of asphalt you take a cart track last eroded in part by the rain which descends to the village of Prestento. After these exciting runs, with 4 km of asphalt will return to Cividale.
