Lungo giro ad anello che percorre tutta l'alta via dei monti liguri dal passo della cappelletta a costa craiolo.
In tuto circa 50 km, si parte dal paese di Varese Ligure e si sale, su strada meno che secondaria (traffico inesistente), a tratti sterrata verso l'affascinante paese bbandonato di Porciorasco e poi su fino al passo della cappelletta dove ci sono le pale eoliche. Poi si arriva in saliscendi fino al Passo di Centocroci su stradina asfaltata molto panoramica (è già AVML) e dal passo si prosegue in cresta su tratturo che sale ancora, per poi continuare per lunghi saliscendi (15 km!!) sempre in zone estremamente belle, selvagge e panoramiche fino a Costa Craiolo.
Tornati su asfalto su strada principale (lavatoi pubblico con canna acqua per lavare la bici a 20 metri sulla sinistra da dove si sbuca!) si scende purtroppo su asfalto di nuovo a Varese Ligure.
Giro lungo ma bellissimo, se poi ci fosse pure una discesa off road da Costa Craiolo a Varese sarebbe imperdibile...

Long circular route that runs along the high street of the Ligurian mountains from the pass to the chapel coast craiolo. Institute Woman In about 50 km, it starts from the town of Varese Ligure and salt, road unless secondary (non-existent traffic ), sometimes dirt road to the charming village of bbandonato Porciorasco and then step up to the chapel where there are wind turbines. Then you get up and down in the Pass of Centocroci very scenic on paved road (it is already AVML) and the step proceeds on the crest of sheep track that rises again, and then continue for long ups and downs (15 km !!) always in extremely fine , wild and scenic to Costa Craiolo.
Back on asphalt on the main road (public wash houses with cane water to wash the bike at 20 meters on the left from where it comes out!) is unfortunately falls on asphalt again in Varese Ligure.
Giro long but beautiful, then if there was also a drop off road to Costa Craiolo to Varese would have missed ...
