Discesa dal Rotelspitz. La traccia è corretta fino all'Alp Prasuera dopo è consigliabile non seguire la traccia ma le indicazioni di Muldox.
Muldox: La meta è questa:
In realtà non è necessario salire fino al pizzo, dato che la discesa comincia dalla Sella da Pitz Cotschen. Il sentiero di discesa è quello che punta verso nord e porta all’Alp Prasüra (fino all’alpe non ve ne sono altri). Una volta giunti all’alpe vi sono due possibilità: scendere alla strada che sale al Passo Umbrail lungo la sterrata che serve l’alpe, oppure attraversare il torrente e prendere il sentiero che piega verso sud portando alla stessa strada ma più a monte. La seconda opzione presenta tratti difficili ed esposti. Una volta sulla strada dell’Umbrail si scende a S.Maria seguendo il sentiero (indicato) sulla sx orografica della valle (qualche saliscendi, poi divertente picchiatona finale sul paese).

The glide path is pointing north and to Alp Prasüra (up to Alpe there are not others). Once you get to Alpe there are two possibilities: go down the road that goes to Step Umbrail along the dirt road that serves the alpine or cross the river and take the path that bends to the south leading to the same road but further upstream. The second option presents difficult stretches and exposed. Once on the road you go down to St. Mary dell'Umbrail following the path (shown) on the left side of the valley (some ups and downs, then funny picchiatona end of the village).
