Verso antiorario – km 25 – dislivello 600m.
L'itinerario ha come meta il culmine del monte Lanaro, una cima di 544 m disposta sul confine Italo-Sloveno.
Il giro meta parte dal parcheggio di una delle numerevoli Osmizze lungo la S.P.6 in prossimità di Ternova (altitudine 240m). Si pedala sulla provinciale verso Est per circa 1 km per immettersi poi su strade poco trafficate che attraversando piccoli e caratteristici paesi del Carso triestino, portano al paese di Repen. Poco dopo quest'ultimo ci si immette dapprima nel sentiero CAI 24 e poi nel sent.5 che vi porterà alla vetta del Lanaro.
Dalla cima, dopo aver goduto dello splendido panorama a 360°, si tornerà indietro sulla stessa via per 500 metri circa e si svolterà a dx immettendosi sul sent. CAI 3 dove, con continui divertenti saliscendi in cresta (difficoltà S1), lo si abbandonerà dopo 3 km per svoltare a sx sul sentiero 34 che porta a Coludrozza. Da qui su asfalto ripercorrendo la strada fatta all'andata si rientra al punto di partenza.

The route has as its goal the peak of Mount Lanaro, a peak of 544 m is placed on the Italian-Slovenian border.
The ride starts from the parking lot of a meta of countless osmizze along the SP6 near Ternova (altitude 240m). You cycle on the main road to the east for about 1 km and then leads on quiet roads that cross small villages of the Karst, to the village of Repen. Shortly after this you enter first in the CAI 24 and then in sent.5 that will take you to the summit of Lanaro.
From the top, after enjoying the beautiful 360 ° panorama, you will return back on the same way for about 500 meters and you will turn right onto the felt. CAI 3 where, with constant ups and downs in fun crest (difficulty S1), you will leave after 3 km turn left on to the path that leads to Coludrozza 34. From here on asphalt retracing the road made you fall in the first leg to the starting point.
