Zuccherodante
Giro particolarmente panoramico, bellissima la discesa di ZuccheroDante. Da S.Piero in Bagno (FC), si parte dalla via Giuseppe Verdi verso Ovest, iniziando una lunga ma graduale salita in terra battuta (direzione Rio Salso). Poco dopo la località Font’Abate a quota 992 m prendere a sinistra il Grande Anello di Bagno . Il sentiero raggiunge, con ripi saliscendi e stupendi panorami sulle foreste Casentinesi, Macchia di Cacio , M.Castelluccio e M. Carpano. Passato M. Poggiaccio si prende il sentiero 201 e si arriva sulla strada asfaltata SP 142 che porta al Passo dei Mandrioli (girare a DX) . Al passo prendere a SX un ripido sentiero Grande Anello Val di Bagno 00 CAI ; superato lo strappo iniziale il sentiero spiana e attraversa un bel bosco con diversi sali scendi. Arrivati ad una radura mentre il sentiero CAI 00 prosegue dritto, seguire il Grande Anello girando verso Sx e dopo un ultimo strappo si arriva al Passo Serra, antica via dei Romei (alla vs Sx si trova la cima di Zucchero Dante). Qui comincia la stupenda discesa, prima una serie di tornanti nel bosco , poi il sentiero esce allo scoperto e appaiono i rilevi rocciosi e il fondo diventa roccioso e il paesaggio “quasi lunare”. Iniziano i passaggi tecnici sui lastroni rocciosi. Una ripida discesa con tornanti scavati nella roccia porta a Nasseto (restano solo dei vecchi ruderi). Il sentiero si allarga e inizia a costeggiare il Fosso delle Gualchiere e prima di arrivare sull’asfato vi sono alcuni divertenti guadi da attraversare. Sulla strada asfaltata si gira a SX e in un Km si arriva a Bagno di Romagna e con altri 2 Km a S.Piero.

Giro particularly scenic, beautiful descent of ZuccheroDante. S.Piero in Bath (FC), we start from the street to the west Giuseppe Verdi, beginning a long but gradual climb in clay (Rio Salty direction). Shortly after the Font'Abate resort at an altitude of 992 m, turn left on Great Ring of Bath. The trail reaches with steep ups and downs and fine views of the Casentino Forests, Blob of Cheese, M.Castelluccio and M. Carpano. Past M. Poggiaccio take the path 201 and you get 142 SP on the paved road that leads to Passo Mandrioli (turn right). In step SX take a steep path to the Great Ring Val di Bagno 00 CAI; exceeded the initial tear and paves the path through a beautiful forest with several ups and downs. Arrived at a clearing while the CAI 00 continues straight on, turning to follow the Great Ring Sx and after a last tear you get to Step Serra, ancient way of Romei (vs the Left is the top of Sugar Dante). Here begins the wonderful descent, before a series of switchbacks in the woods, then the path comes out and appear to detect rocky and the bottom becomes rocky landscape and the "lunar". Begin the technical steps on rock slabs. A steep descent with switchbacks carved into the rock leads to Nasseto (there are only ruins of the old). The path widens and begins to walk along the Fosso delle Gualchiere and before arriving sull'asfato there are some funny fords to cross. On the paved road turns to the SX and in a km you arrive at Bagno di Romagna and another 2 km to S.Piero.
