Descrizione itinerario

Note aggiuntive.

Itinerary
From Bardonecchia, cross the town to Les Arnauds and Melezet, for onward transit from the Pian del Colle m.1441 leaving on the left the curves that lead to Nevache. As soon as you start the climb that leads in Valle Stretta, at the height of the reservoir and dam, cross the border in Italy / France, and from this point on, you pedal in French territory, without garish signs indicative of this encroachment. The climb to this point, the beginning is quite challenging, then come to the shelf above it proceeds very quickly and you get to the Three Refuges and Alpine Re Magi without worry. Now, however, everything suddenly changes. By ref. Magi, turn left on a dirt road with a slight increase up towards the exit to Lake Verde. Do you take this detour and continue until you reach the narrow street near the floor of the foundry, where at this point we leave the main path and with a detour to the left up there knows it firmly toward the Maison des Chamois. (Some parts push) and then you reach the ledge above and to the Bridge of Planche. Here ends the stroke cycle, all the remaining section remains at the top will be a push or spallando the bike. This part of the route remains to be completed, (almost 950 m.) Is without a doubt very demanding and tiring, in my opinion to deal with, with the right mindset and desire to compete with themselves, but with the certainty and awareness to be able to then descend in biking. Following the logic with the clear path that winds along the Vallone del Desinare, surrounded by large pastures are spacious and sunny, there rises gradually towards the top, but always with long stretches of moderate slope to the Col des Muandes, where grassland is opposed an opposite stony landscape and a lunar soil. E 'at this point, you have to overcome the hardest and most challenging stretch of the climb, but fortunately, occasionally with short flat or sloping plain. Then you get below the top, and the view of the church is now at hand, it makes you forget everything else, and with the confidence to achieve your goal, even fatigue is fatigue seems to vanish.
Descent.
Without a doubt The first part of the descent, until the beginning of the stretch of grass, it should be approached with caution and prudence, descending on a very hard surface and for the most part with a slope ever exasperated, and surprisingly remain in the saddle much more than I thought. Then once on the stretch to pasture, at the side of the path of ascent is really a fun down to the valley returning to the starting point of this route, along the same path of ascent.
Additional Notes.
'a very special track, very simple, easy and fun until the beginning of the section no longer path. (Approximate are 2 to 2.30 hours with the bike on your back or push) if you want to continue to the top. No doubt out of the traditional mold, the final stretch to the top, but like all things that seem impossible, then, once you realized that you leave an indelible mark and deep in the soul, for me, is a Charging of passion.
