Si parte dal quadrivio di Monte Sole (facilmente raggiungibile da Vado o da Pian di Venola). Si prosegue in direzione sud verso Grizzana , si svolta a dx per una bella discesa sino a Pioppe di Salvaro. Si costeggia il Reno e si risale al punto di partenza. Svolta a sinistra verso il cimitero di Monte Sole , lo si passa e si prende il primo sentiero a sinistra, cartellini CAI 055 ben visibili. Bella discesa tecnica e si arriva sulla strada che collega Vado a San Martino. A fine traccia, di ritorno sull'asfalto di fronte alla località Murazze, girare a destra e risalire al punto di partenza.

It starts from the crossroads of Monte Sole (easily accessible from Vado or from Pian di Venola). Continue south towards Grizzana, turn right for a nice descent to Pioppe of Salvaro. Walk along the Rhine and dates back to the starting point. Turn left towards the cemetery of Monte Sole, pass it and take the first path on the left, tags CAI 055 clearly visible. Beautiful drop technique and will get you on the road that connects I go to San Martino. At the end of the track, back on the asphalt in front of the resort Murazze, turn right and go back to the starting point.
