Per chi è di zona questo è “IL GIRO” . 52 km per 1200mt di dislivello tanta salita e tanta discesa,il tutto intorno a Sant’ Oreste.
Si attraversano i comuni di Fiano Romano, Capena, Sant’Oreste, Ponzano Romano, Nazzano, Civitella San Paolo e di nuovo Fiano Romano.
Giro ad anello con tratti di salite se pur brevi del 30%, ma anche con discese molto veloci e adrenaliniche.
Molto suggestivo è il panorama che si gode su dalla cima di Sant’Oraste, anche il passaggio affianco ai Bunker della 2° guerra mondiale merita.
Anche il passaggio nel centro di Civitella e molto simpatico con la possibilità di fare una sosta in uno dei Bar della piazza ( che a questo punto ci vuole proprio ).

Through the towns of Fiano Romano, Capena, Sant'Oreste, Ponzano Romano, Nazzano, Civitella San Paolo and again Fiano Romano .
round trip with stretches of climbs though short of 30%, but also runs very fast and adrenaline.
Very impressive is the panorama from the top of Sant'Oraste, even the next step Bunker of the 2nd World War deserves.
Even the shift in the center of Civitella and very sympathetic with the ability to make a stop in one of the Bar of the square (which at this point we want to own).
