Inaspettata giornata autunnale con sole e assenza di vento!!! Da Tofe per asfalto e carrareccia fino ad Altino, seguendo le indicazioni per i Prati di Altino, in portage per 300 m di muro erboso, raggiungiamo cima della Prata e poi il Banditello a quota 1873 mslm.... spettacolare la salita quanto il panorama fino al Gran Sasso!!!
Discesa "calibrata" e poi divertente per il sentiero 132 passando per fonte Fredda, su un balcone in affaccio su tutta la valle di Foce. Atterriamo a Foce!!

Unexpected autumn day with sunshine and no wind! From Tofe for asphalt and dirt track up to Altino, follow the signs for the Prati di Altino, in portage for 300 m of grassy wall, we reach the top of the Prata and then the Banditello at an altitude of 1873 meters above sea level .... spectacular ascent as the landscape to the Gran Sasso !!!
Descent "calibrated" and then fun for the path 132 through the Cold source, on a balcony overlooking the entire valley of Foce. We land in Mouth!
