Another very nice route from St Gervias. Not technical, and very little single track but a big climb. You can refill your water in St Nicolas at a public fountain. Best done this way round (ie anti-clockwise) as you have the more gentle gradients and a bit of asphalt for the ascent. The decent is fast & steep, with some nice single-track through the woods after La Croix. On this stretch there is a sign down in the woods at a T junction. Don't take the left to St Nicolas - go right up a little rise to get more single-track.
