Partenza dal bivio per l’abitato di Ceraso e salita su asfalto in direzione Ceppo. In prossimità del Bar del Cacciatore si prende il sentiero a dx che con qualche ripido strappo in salita conduce all’Ara Maltese. Ancora bitume fino all’Albergo Jiulia ove imboccato il S.I. raggiungiamo la sommità del Colle Ceraso. Discesi al piano che precede il Colle La Morra deviamo per la pista di dx. Guardando a valle è evidente il crinale del Colle Scalelle dove si evince anche la traccia di cresta. Appena la discesa si fa ripida arriviamo ad un bivio con un’altra pista di terra che devia bruscamente verso valle, la imbocchiamo seguendola per intero. La discesa è veloce ed agevole intervallata soltanto da un paio di brevi risalite. Giunti sopra Ceraso la sterrata scende ripida culminando in paese. La via di ritorno al punto di partenza passa sul tratto asfaltato che incrocia più in basso la s.p.

In the vicinity of Hunter's Bar, take the path on the right that with some steep climb uphill leads Ara Maltese. Still bitumen to the Hotel where Jiulia taken the SI reach the top of the hill Ceraso. Descended to the floor before the Colle La Morra quick detour to the right track. Looking downstream is clear the ridge of the hill where Scalelle is also reflected in the trace of the ridge.
