C'est mon circuit préféré ! Surtout bien s'échauffer avant car on attaque par une grosse montée a partir de Koeur la grande. Je vous garanti que vous allez bien transpirer mais rassurez vous, arrivé au 8eme km, c'est plus calme (rhaa !) . La suite, c'est très agréable, les chemins forestiers sont bien entretenus donc pas de difficultés majeur. Arrivé a St Mihiel, c'est le moment que je préfère car c'est un chemin qui longe le canal jusqu'à l'arrivée. Rien de tel pour se détendre après une bonne balade un peu physique. ;)
It's my favorite track! Especially good warm up before because one attack by a big rise from Koeur great. I guarantee you that you will sweat well but do not worry, arrived at the 8th km, it is quieter (Rhaa!). The suite is very nice, forest roads are well maintained no major difficulties. Arriving in St Mihiel, it's time that I prefer because it is a path along the canal to the finish. Nothing better to relax after a good walk a little physical. ;)
