Bel percorso di 46 km partendo da Labico (sulla via casilina tra San Cesareo e Vamontone) passando per Vallefredda davanti al nuovo ristorante/resort di Antonello Colonna (che merita uno sguardo di curiosità) per poi puntare, attraversando i castagneti, verso la cava di Lapillo e proseguire verso il lago di Giulianello.
Il percorso è in grossa parte su sterrato ed a parte un paio di tratti un poco piu' impegnativi (di cui un pezzetto di una 30ina di metri in salita a piedi per via della scarsa aderenza del terreno) è relativamente facile.
Si passa anche per un laghetto artificiale nel bel mezzo di una radura con annessa sorgente di acqua freschissima
In questa stagione (ototbre) fango QB ben distribuito ... spine e rovi fortunatamente pochi.
Un paio di sbarre da passare a lato ed un cancello chiuso sulla strada verso il lago, da superare passando nel campo adiacente o scavalcando la bassa staccionata a lato.
Parcheggio per l'auto nei pressi della rotatoria di fronte al cartello "Comune di Labico" oppure nel parcheggio di fronte la stazione FS Labico per chi arriva a Labico in treno.

Bel path of 46 km starting from Labico (on casilina between San Cesareo and Vamontone) via Vallefredda front of the new restaurant / resort Antonello Colonna (who deserves a look of curiosity) and then aim, through the chestnut forest, towards the quarry lapilli and head towards the lake Giulianello.
The course is in great part on dirt and apart from a couple of stretches a little more 'challenging (of which a piece of a 30ina meters uphill walk to because of the poor adhesion of the ground) is relatively easy.
It also passes through an artificial lake in the middle of a clearing with an adjacent source of fresh water
this season (ototbre) mud QB well distributed ... thorns and thistles fortunately few.
A couple of bars to move to the side and a locked gate on the way to the lake, to pass through in the adjacent field or climbing over the low fence to the side. < br>
parking the car near the roundabout in front of the sign "City of Labico" or in the parking lot in front of the railway station in Labico Labico for those arriving by train.
In the GPX file I indicated various sources, fountains, springs, etc.. present along the route and other useful info.
