Verso antiorario – km 20 – dislivello 780m. – Altezza partenza 160m. / max.800m.
L'itinerario prende lo spunto dal libro Mountainbike sui monti del Friuli (itin. N°25).
Il percorso prende il via dal piazzale del cimitero di Montina e si svolge sul versante orientale del monte Forcjis e Noas lungo una salita su strada forestale, impegnativa ma scorrevole nonostante le dure rampe (cementate) iniziali. Si scollina poco prima dei ripetitori televisivi, fino a raggiungere l'abitato di Valle.
Si scende sul versante destro della vallata del Chiarò di Prestento, fra i monti Kriz e Piccat, in mezzo ai boschi di castagni, (attenzione ad imboccare la strada corretta con cartello di divieto ad 1 km dall'inizio della discesa Wp 01) sempre su strade sterrate e forestali ma a volte con fondi rocciosi dove bisognerà fare un po' di attenzione sopratutto se il fondo è bagnato.

The route takes its cue from the book Mountain in the mountains of Friuli (itin. # 25).
The route starts from the square of the cemetery Montina and takes place on eastern slope of the mountain and Forcjis Noas along a forest road uphill, challenging but despite the harsh sliding ramps (cemented) initials. It scollina just before the television repeaters, until you reach the village of Valle.
Down on the right side of the valley of Chiarò of Prestento, between the mountains and Kriz Piccat, in the woods of chestnut trees, (take care to with the correct road sign forbidding 1 km far from the dropdown Wp 01) always on dirt roads and forest but sometimes with rocky bottoms where you have to do a little 'attention especially if the bottom is wet.
