Routenbeschreibung

We start from the old station of Arma di Taggia immettendoci so in a few meters on the path that connects Sanremo with San Lorenzo al Mare.
We head to San Lorenzo, after some pleasant kilometer allowing us to warm the legs and reach the end of cycle we go out and get in via the station, turn right into Via Orti to the traffic light.
Giariamo left for a few meters on the 'Aurelia and, at the first corner, turn right in via Cipressa uphill, go down a small ramp the right to the cemetery that we go along and at the crossroads turn right into Via Gaetano Salvemini.
At the bottom of the road, turn left in via Vignasse and after about 200 meters after the bridge, we take right away where we face Molino a short climb; after passing under an overpass neglect the deviation that branches off to the right and joins the road via Pietrabruna to go straight in on.
A few meters on a flat road and you start to climb the slope of the hill, reached a stretch that runs crest in the hill leaves a little 'breathing, you get so close to a water tank a tank of water, we take a straight path that goes through olive groves and orchards.
In this section the slope is very marked and having a rocky slope in the case of humidity cycling remains very difficult.
The trail leads us to the gates of the town of Lingueglietta that cross through a narrow alley until you come out in a hairpin; continues on asphalt uphill and after a second back we find ourselves in a square adjacent to the fortress-church of San Pietro.
Along the small garden, we enter via San Rocco, which passes in front of the cemetery and then turns south-west , and ride for about a mile till a change of slope, here turn right on a dirt road on the dirt road to Monte Croce.
At the first crossroads we keep right uphill, now the route has in some sections of steep climbs that force us to proceed to the side of the bike.
road narrows more and more until it becomes a trail that follows the edge of the ridge, with some ups and downs we arrive at the foot of the top of Mount Seven Fountains on pace Rapaluvo, omit the various detour that rise or descend into the valley and proceed straight on the road that goes around the top.
pleasant small road leads to the pass of San Salvatore from which branch off some streets; downhill to the left we see our future way of return, but we take the dirt road on your right hand until you come in front of the oratory of San Salvatore, this time we go straight instead of on the other deviations.
The road climbs still a few meters, but soon becomes flat and runs along the side of the slope until you reach the ridge where you can see a fantastic panorama.
continue keeping us always to the left on the main road and take on the last part of the road that will take us our half, the cart remains for the most part always very pleasant, however, has a few small spots where the bottom is uneven and full of rocks and other slopes with very marked.
The dirt road takes us up to a few meters from the top In fact the road we traveled to come out on the road that will take us on the mountaintop Faudo.
So we continue to get on the road and in less than a kilometer we reach the antennas that cover our goal.
For the return leg we follow the path up to the Pass Rapaluvo, at which turn right downhill; without any particular difficulty, since it is all downhill on a dirt road to the sanctuary of Lampedusa sopraggiungiamo.
crossed the sanctuary, our journey now takes place on paved surface, joints near the village of Castellaro, we head to the right on the road SP50 provincial, came from the town let a little detour on the right that descends steeply towards the valley.
trails some hairpins the road brings us to the entrance of the bridge XXV September, after which we turn in via Stemming in the direction of the sea, a few kilometers on the highway and we are back near the starting point.
