Lasciata la macchina a Prati/Wiesen, risaliamo la statale del Brennero -direzione nord- e dopo aver superato Colle Isarco per 2,5 Km circa, fare attenzione sulla destra alle indicazioni per Enzianhütte/rifugio Genziana e malga Zirago/Zirogalm.
Si passa sotto l'autostrada per intenderci.
Il fondo dapprima asfaltato diventa presto strada bianca e non presenta nessuna difficoltà.
Il "sentiero" porta il N°4 diventando, poco prima del Rifugio Genziana, N° 4/A e si mantiene tale fino al passo.
Superata la prima malga -Zirago- domina la pace ma anche un certo vento che non cala mai.
Il paesaggio è abbastanza selveggio da quasto lato della Valle Isarco.
Giunti al Rifugio Genziana, fare attenzione alla mulattiera che si "nasconde" dietro la costruzione stessa. Viene spontaneo proseguire per la forestale che in realtà prosegue in quota verso nord.
Ora il fondo diventa in breve molto sconnesso e così noi abbiamo portato la bici a mano per almeno 2 Km risalendo in sella gli ultimi 500/700 metri. Abbiamo visto tracce di pneumatici con segni di bloccaggio in frenata, segno che è stata percorsa dall'altra direzione di marcia.
Il vento in prossimità del passo diventa fastidioso. E' almeno la 5° volta che saliamo a questo passo in circa 8/9 anni ed il vento freddo è una costante indipendente dal meteo presente a fondovalle. Ad ogni buon conto il paesaggio merita in quanto è molto incontaminato in questo lato della valle.
La discesa si presenta alquanto difficoltosa a causa del pietrisco franato dai lati della montagna.
Vi sono dei tratti che lo stratto dello stesso è tale che diventa problematico tenere in traiettoria la bike.
Abbiamo, negli anni, visto il deterioramento e l'incuria di questo sentiero, forse perchè non interessa più. Tanto che durante la discesa, a metà circa, è presente un cartello che avverte che il percorrere il sentiero avveine sotto la propria responsabilità (???). La prossima volta lo fotografo !!!
Detto questo, il panorama verso la Val di Vizze è veramente suggestivo e merita lo sforzo di essere arrivati fin quì. Lo sguardo arriva fino al Gran Pilastro e a fianco, la Punta Bianca e ancora la Croda Rossa. Spettacolo !!!
In fondo valle abbiamo seguito un sentiero che segue a destra il Rio Vizze fino alla diga. Molto interessante.
Poi Siamo scesi per la strada asfaltata fino a tornare al parcheggio.

Leaving the car at Meadows / Wiesen, go up the Brenner road -direction north and after passing Colle Isarco 2.5 Km about, pay attention to the signs on the right for Enzianhütte / Gentian refuge and alp Zirago / Zirogalm.
It passes under the highway so to speak.
The fund first paved road soon becomes white and presents no difficulty.

After the first alp -Zirago- dominates the peace but also a certain wind never falls.
The landscape is quite selveggio quasto from the side of the Valle Isarco.
reaching the hut Gentian, pay attention to the trail that goes into "hiding" behind the building itself. It is natural to go to the forest which actually goes up towards the north.
Now the bottom soon became very bumpy and so we brought the bike in hand for at least 2 km in the saddle going up the last 500/700 meters. We saw tire tracks with signs locking during braking, a sign that has been traveled from the other direction of travel.
The wind in the vicinity of the step becomes troublesome. E 'at least the 5th time we go to this step in about 8-9 years and the cold wind is a constant independent of the weather in this valley. In any case deserves the landscape as it is very pristine in this side of the valley.
The descent is rather difficult due to the collapsed rubble from the sides of the mountain.
There are some traits that a shielding layer of the same is such that it becomes difficult to keep in the bike path.
We have, over the years, given the deterioration and neglect of this path, perhaps because they do not care anymore. So much so that during the descent, about half, this is a sign that warns that walk the path avveine under its responsibility (???). The next time the photographer !!!
That said, the view towards the Pfitsch is really impressive and well worth the effort to have come this far here. The look is up to the Grand Pier and next to the Punta Bianca and yet the Croda Rossa. Entertainment! Woman In the valley we followed a path that follows the Rio Pfitschtal right up to the dam. Very interesting.
We then went down to the paved road until you return to the parking lot.
