il percorso parte dal centro commerciale cento vetrine di Morciola per svolgersi lungo il torrente Apsa e risalire poi i monti delle cesane.
il rientro può essere fatto lungo la strada statale (come indicato dalla traccia GPS allegata) o ripercorrendo lo stesso tragitto iniziale.
alcuni sentieri potranno richiedere brevi tratti a piedi. il percorso dovrebbe essere ben sfuttabile tutto l'anno a parte il tratto a fianco del torrente che durante le stagioni più piovose potrebbe presentare qualche problema di fango e i guadi non essere così agevoli (forse neanche ben voluti!!!!)

the return can be done along the highway (as indicated by the GPS track attached) or retracing the same route as the initial .
some trails may require short distances on foot. the path should be well sfuttabile throughout the year except for the stretch alongside the river during the rainy seasons may have some problem with mud and river crossings not be as easy (maybe even well-liked !!!!)
